Anne Sofie Johansson, head of the design team at H&M introduces FTV to H&M’s new press room in a great location and great atmosphere to show off the new collection. The inspiration came from many retro references in the 60s and 70s. “We’re a big believer in the 60s,” says the design head. There’s also a more rustic trend perfect for winter, with lots of knitwear, a lot of great outerwear and more of a layered look. The collection features lots of signature H&M prints as well as prints from the 60s era, and H&M logo tees, which are always popular among the customers. The shapes are a voluminous 70s, with a little bit longer length that’s more fluid. Colors are in a warm color range, including orange, rustic red, and browns for autumn, as well as a few colder colors like green and petrol. ~FashionTV
